Packed inside is a Tempranillo from a single McLaren Vale vineyard, which was vinified in open fermenters then matured in French and American oak, to highlight the varietal characteristics. The wine combines lifted aromas of plum and dried figs, with a balanced palate of cherry ripe, spice and fine chalky tannins.
