Packed inside is a Grüner Veltliner from a single Adelaide Hills vineyard, an Austrian variety that has been softly pressed to preserve the bright fruit freshness and traditional flavours. Lifted aromas of lime, new season nectarine and varietal hints of freshly cut radish combine with crisp apple flavours. Subtle creaminess, the result of 3-months lees stirring, is completed by chalky acidity, to produce a textural wine with a refreshing finish.
